Ground Hog 'Phil' Sees Shadow; Snow Likely Monday In North Salem
Westchester residents woke to fog and unseasonably warm temperatures on Groundhog's Day morning Sunday while "Punxsutawney Phil" saw his shadow in Pennsylvania, predicting six more weeks of winter.
