Three From Throughout Westchester Charged In DWI Detail

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. Three Westchester County residents were arrested and charged with DWI Friday during a DWI saturation detail throughout the county, according to New York State Police. Anton Guitano, 54, of Somers, New York, was arrested for DWI the Town of North Salem.
