Bundle Up, North Salem: Watch Warns Of 'Life Threatening' Wind Chills

As a blast of Arctic cold approaches Fairfield County, the National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Watch for the weekend. The Wind Chill Watch begins at 6 p.m. Saturday run through noon Sunday.
