The North Salem Booster Club Basketball will host a tournament to honor Tom Silvestro Sr. on Thursday, Jan. 9 through Saturday, Jan. 11. The dedication ceremony will take place Friday, Jan. 10 at 7 p.m., prior to the varsity boys basketball game between Pawling and North Salem.
