An accident is taking out the left lane on southbound I-684 between Hardscrabble Road and Route 116 in North Salem, causing heavy delays into the Putnam County line. It was reported at 7:20 a.m. An overturned vehicle is blocking the left lane of the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway between the Taconic State Parkway and I-287 .
