Jason Rezaian, a Washington Post reporter imprisoned in Iran for almost nine months on suspicion of espionage, is accused of passing on sensitive economic and industrial information about Iran, the Fars news agency said Sunday. Fars, a semiofficial outlet known for its ties to hard-liners in Iran, said Rezaian faces "security" charges in the Revolutionary Court involving allegations of espionage and acting against the national security.
