LEWISBORO, N.Y. Lewisboro resident Alan Cole was sworn in during a special meeting of the Westchester County Board of Legislators to temporarily fill Peter Harckham's seat. "I have been active in government and politics for more than twenty five years and filling this seat is an honor that tops all of those activities," Cole said in a statement.
