The Hammond Museum and Japanese Stroll Garden in North Salem will play host to an artists' reception on July 11 to celebrate its three summer exhibits. Attendees will have a chance to listen to jazz music while meeting Susan Manspeizer, Jane Neuss Cohen and other artists from Bangladesh, India and Pakistan from 1-3 p.m. on July 11 at the Hammond Museum, 28 Deveau Road, North Salem, N.Y. "Erasing Borders" in Hammond's Guild Hall features artists of the Indian diaspora who address issues ranging from sexuality and terror to disease, the environment and racial and sectarian politics through painting, prints, installations, and sculpture.
