Three suspects were arrested on a felony charge of second degree Robbery in connection with an alleged strong-arm theft on Oct. 7 at the Croton Falls train station. Arrested were Michael Owoo, 21, of North Salem; Sean M. McCoyd, 22, of Garden City, NY; and Ronnie E. Foskey, 21, of Roslyn, NY.
