The candidates running for the vacant Bedford Town Board seat are set to participate in a League of Women Voters forum on Tuesday, March 1. The League of Women Voters of Bedford-Lewisboro-North Salem is holding the event in the town house courtroom at 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills. The forum begins at 7 p.m. to accommodate the Town Board meeting that begins at 8 p.m. Candidates MaryAnn Carr and Luke Vander Linden will take questions from a league moderator; Carr and Vander Linden are running for the seat that was held by Francis Corcoran prior to his election to the county legislature.
