We've seen no shortage of black bear sightings in the area, with the latest coming lakeside Thursday night in North Salem. Sadly, the otter was was hit by a car on Route 116 along the Titicus Reservoir, reports North Salem resident Matt Walter, who submitted a photo to Daily Voice.
