A Westchester County, N.Y., who man left a social gathering in a big hurry - allegedly pushing another vehicle before crashing into a stone wall on the way out - is now facing criminal charges from his hasty exit, according to police. Scott Samaha , 21, of Cat Ridge Road, North Salem, was served an arrest warrant Thursday for the incident on Salem Street in Cos Cob on March 19, during the early morning hours.
