A North Salem man is facing felony charges after a domestic dispute turned ugly when he violated an order of protection his victim had against him. On Wednesday, New York State Police announced that they have arrested North Salem resident Matthew Hagan, 29, and charged him on a three-count indictment that includes multiple felony charges.
