Police charged a 41-year-old North Salem, N.Y. man with drunk driving after he was pulled over for allegedly speeding on New Norwalk Road in the early morning hours of April 16. Around 1:15 a.m., a patrol officer saw a car being driven by Joselito Quinones of Sugar Hill Road, going 58 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour speed zone. The officer pulled over Joselito Quinones, of Sugar Hill Road, whose breath smelled like alcohol.
