The combination of the heat along with the humidity will make it feel like it's in the mid-90s in much of the area Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.Even coastal sections will feel like the lower-90s. A Heat Advisory is in effect from 11 a.m. Wednesday until 6 p.m. Thursday for Westchester and Rockland.
