A White Plains teenager is facing multiple charges after allegedly getting into a dispute with his victim and refusing to allow her to call for help, police said. New York State Police officers were dispatched to the Shell gas station on Route 22 in North Salem on Wednesday after a domestic dispute was reported by the station's attendant.
