A pair of late Saturday afternoon accidents on both directions of I-684 in the Brewster/North Salem area have resulted in stop-and-go traffic on I-684. The first, reported at 4:43 p.m., occurred on south-bound 684 between the I-84 interchange and Hardscrabble Road , and is taking out the right lane.
