The North Salem Chamber of Commerce will honor Janice Hellwinkel, its Person of the Year, at Primavera Restaurant and Bar in Croton Falls on Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 6:30 p.m. Hellwinkel's list of accomplishments are numerous and include the Girl Scouts and the North Salem Lions Club.
