In the course of the investigation of the murder of North Salem socialite Lois College, state police have charged two laborers on the Colley family's 300-acre Windswept Farm with stealing $30,000 worth of hay and selling it. Both 33-year-old men -- Angel H. Parra Penafiel and Hugo Ramirez-Morales -- are North Salem residents and employed by the farm as laborers, state police said.
