Yorktown police have arrested a 15-year-old Yorktown resident, whose name is being withheld due to his age, on a charge of juvenile delinquency in connection with the theft of a motor vehicle. Subsequently, the vehicle was found in North Salem, having been damaged and abandoned as the result of an accident, according to police.
