Motorists planning on traveling on I-684 in Northern Westchester or Putnam County starting this week can expect delays and exit ramp closures as construction crews continue paving work in the area. Beginning on Monday, Aug. 28, lane and ramp closures are expected on both the north and southbound sides of I-684 between the Interstate's terminus at Route 22 in Southeast and Exit 8 in North Salem, while the crews perform the paving activities.
