A North Salem man is behind bars after stabbing a woman several times with a kitchen knife on Sunday during a domestic dispute, according to the New York State Police. Miguel A. Morales, 58, was charged with felony second-degree assault following the incident that occurred around 5:27 p.m. on Sugar Hill Road, said Trooper Melissa McMorris on Monday.
