North Salem police arrested a man who was the subject of a large manhunt in Lewisboro following a chase that caused several schools to be locked out and residents to worry for their safety. Josh O. Javier, 31, of the Bronx, was captured Wednesday afternoon after he crashed his car, and he and his passenger ran from police, said North Salem Police Chief Thomas Howley.
