A 25-year-old woman is facing a series of charges after being busted by state police in North Salem with alleged crack cocaine, heroin and other drugs, before attempting to flee in an attempt to avoid arrest. New York State Police investigators announced the arrests of Bronx resident Samantha Lugo and Manhattan resident Kenneth Vaishville, 50, who were busted while in possession of crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana and pills during a traffic stop early on April 22. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on April 22, state police troopers stopped a Dodge Durango being driven by Lugo in North Salem after she allegedly committed several vehicle and traffic violations.
