North Salem resident Jeffrey Daday, 36, formerly the parking officer for Mount Kisco, was sentenced to shock probation in connection with his guilty plea for stealing more than $90,000 from the village's parking meters. "The public must be able to trust and have confidence their government and public servants, whether it's representing their interests in Washington or Albany or as mundane as putting coins in a parking meter," said Westchester District Attorney Janet DiFiore in a statement.
