NORTH SALEM, N.Y. The Ruth Keeler Memorial Library is holding a poster contest for the upcoming book fair and plant sale in May. This year's theme is "Made in North Salem" and is open to three age groups: 12 and under, 13-18 and adults. The winning artist will receive a $100 prize.
