Some NYC suburban schools plan early dismissals

In anticipation of a possibly crippling storm heading toward the New York City area, some public schools in the northern suburbs will dismiss students early. The districts that have announced early dismissal include Briarcliff Manor, Chappaqua, Croton-Harmon, Dobbs Ferry, Lakeland, North Salem and Yonkers.
