The first Monday in February was disrupted across Northern Westchester due to a strong snowstorm that included freezing rain and sleet. School districts across the area pre-emptively chose to close, including in Chappaqua, Bedford, Katonah-Lewisboro, Somers, Byram Hills and North Salem.
