Wind-Chill Advisory Is In Effect For North Salem

A wind-chill advisory is in effect from 11 p.m. Thursday through noon Friday in much of Westchester County. The advisory covers all of Northern Westchester, where frigid wind chills of around 15 degrees below zero will accompany temperatures from zero to 5 degrees above zero, according to the National Weather Service.
