North Salem School Awarded $3K From People's United Comm. Foundation

The People's United Community Foundation, the philanthropic arm of People's United Bank, announced that it has awarded $3,000 to Westchester Exceptional Children's School in North Salem. Westchester Exceptional Children's School is a nonprofit, New York State-approved special education day facility serving students from 36 school districts in nine counties.

Two Horses Recovered After Leaving Farm Near North Salem

The National Transportation Safety Board has issued a preliminary report on the fatal plane crash in North Salem, N.Y. that carried Danbury restaurateurs Val and Taew Horsa.
