Southeast Standoff: Man Barricades Himself In House Near Westchester Border

A Southeast man has barricaded himself inside his house and has fired shots, the Putnam County Sheriff's office confirmed Monday. The house is located on Nichols Road and is near Route 121 and the border of North Salem.
