A Danbury man charged with driving while intoxicated following a hit-and-run crash Monday had two DWI convictions, New York State Police said. Pedro Yunga Vivar , 31, was pulled over on Route 22 in North Salem, N.Y., minutes after police said he crashed into another car on Interstate 684 and fled the scene.
