New York State Police from the Somers barracks arrested Pedro X. Yunga Vivar, of Danbury and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a class D felony on Monday.According to police, troopers were dispatched to investigate a hit-and-run collision that occurred on Interstate 684. Troopers located a vehicle matching the description of the offending vehicle and conducted a traffic stop by Route 22 and Hardscrabble Road in North Salem.
