Thirteen members of a gang suspected of committing murder, drug trafficking and assault were arrested during several raids in Yonkers on Wednesday morning, according to lohud.com. A Yonkers man accused of intentionally setting fire to his car in North Salem to collect insurance money now faces criminal charges as a result, according to state police.
