A North Salem man has been charged with driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation in the Town of Southeast, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Sheriff Kevin Radovich stopped the man for a traffic violation on Route 6 in Southeast on Saturday, according to the sheriff.
