New York State Police arrested Raymond Sosa, 28, of Yonkers, on Monday, Dec. 8, in connection with an Oct. 26 car fire, according to lohud.com. NORTH SALEM, N.Y. A Yonkers man allegedly intentionally set fire to his car in North Salem to collect insurance money and now faces criminal charges as a result, according to state police.
