New York State Police believe debris found this morning in the Titicus Reservoir in North Salem is from a plane that went missing Thursday afternoon while en route to Danbury Airport . Authorities said the airport lost contact with the 1971 four-seater Cessna about 4:30 p.m. At the time, the aircraft was just south of the reservoir, police said.
