A North Salem man was charged Monday with aggravated driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana and other vehicle and traffic offenses after a crash on Hardscrabble Road, according to the New York State Police. Deegan A. Feeney, 21, was found to be intoxicated after he was involved in a one-car collision, police said.
